A TOUCH OF ADVOCACY

As virtually everyone now knows, HUD issued notice H2010-10 on July 6th (effective date July 1st). This notice consolidates and updates prior EIV notices in 2008 and 2009.

My one and only concern at this point is exemplified by the requirement (not new) that Tenant Selection Plans (TSP's) reflect the owner/agents use of EIV. This means there are now 9 required elements for a Tenant Selection Plan, although Figure 4-2 of HUD Handbook 4350.3, Rev. 1 mentions only 8 required elements.
